Women in Finance 23′ – Crossing Barriers
As part of Women‘s History Month in 2023, we investigated the barriers female finance leaders face throughout their careers. We identified the most common issues and proposed solutions that organisations can implement to better support female employees and drive equity in the workplace.
This research now has a second part which takes a closer look at the barriers we identified. It explores the positive and negative experiences of female finance leaders in their career progression and provides a set of suggestions for tackling common issues.
