Data Retention

We only keep your personal data for as long as we need it. That means holding onto it just long enough to help with recruitment, stay compliant, or meet legal requirements.

For Candidates

If you’ve been in touch with STOIX about a role:

• We’ll keep your data for up to 2 years from the last time we spoke or worked together.

• If you applied for a job through us, we may keep it for up to 6 years to meet legal or audit obligations.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, use the email below.

For Clients and Partners

We keep your details while we’re working with you, and for a reasonable time after that in case we need to refer back for legal or operational reasons.

Anonymised Data

Sometimes we anonymise data so it can’t be linked back to you. That kind of data may be kept for research or internal reporting, with no expiry.

Data Removal

You can request to have your data deleted at any time. Just get in touch with contact@stoix.co.uk, and we’ll take care of it.
