- A CrossFit enthusiast, a veg patch gardener, and a nature and animal lover.

Co-founder & Director- Over 16 years of experience in Recruitment and Executive Search
- Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- A father of two daughters
- A big sports fan (Football, Rugby, Cricket and Golf and just about everything)
- A passionate music lover (Guitarist/Bass Guitarist) and festival goer
- Food fanatic and loves cooking (and eating!)
Rikesh Mehta
Director – CFO, Finance Leadership & Private Equity Search- Over 12 years’ experience recruiting senior finance professionals.
- Proven track record of building best in class finance leadership teams in a search capacity across Private Equity & VC backed businesses in the UK & Europe.
- Fun-fuelled father of two amazing children.

- Born and raised in Zimbabwe and now enjoying coastal living in Somerset
- Enjoys exploring the Somerset coast and countryside with her family and 2 dogs
- A DIY enthusiast renovating her family’s 119-year-old home in her spare time

The name STOIX was influenced by the ancient Greek and Roman philosophy of Stoicism.
We believe that in today’s fast-paced world, Stoic philosophy is more relevant than ever. We are big on self-development and strive to let the four Stoic virtues of Wisdom, Courage, Temperance and Justice guide our actions and have influenced our values.
