What does being a B Corp certified Search Partner mean for STOIX?

We wanted to join the B Corp community to demonstrate our commitment to balancing people, planet and profit. Our work can have far-reaching effects on our client’s businesses and the environment they operate in.

We want to work in a way that maximises benefits for the people and companies we work with, reduces our environmental footprint and maybe even inspires others to follow suit. Keep reading to find out what we do to improve our impact.

As part of our selection process, we follow a standardised competency assessment that focuses on the candidate’s skills and strengths that are relevant to the role.

We also challenge our clients’ thinking by showing them candidate profiles who do not fully match the requirements set out in the brief, but in other ways have proven that they would be a great fit.

Our search process is fully transparent and we keep our clients in the loop every step of the way. We provide regular search updates to show our process.

We provide key diversity insights during and after the search to showcase the diversity of the talent pool and how we produced the shortlist of candidates for our clients to consider.

We also collect insights about how the client is perceived by candidates and share these to enable better hiring and retention outcomes in the future.

Client care

We consult clients before they create a role brief to address potentially discriminatory or exclusive language and ensure that it’s attractive to a diverse talent pool and speaks to high-calibre candidates.

We organise post-placement follow-ups with the client to ensure their expectations are met and that they are supported during the onboarding process.

If the client is not satisfied with the placement or the candidate leaves early on, we provide a replacement as part of our 6 months satisfaction guarantee.
