Our Process

Define Role and Enrolment

All stakeholders to attend a full briefing session to fully define the competencies, responsibilities, objectives and required industry experience for this position. We will agree on the timelines, scope, scale and parameters of the search including target companies, individuals and importantly your Employee Value Proposition, in order to take a clear and exciting message to this talent pool.

Agree candidate briefing

Following the full briefing session, we will create and share with you a bespoke Candidate Briefing Pack. We will use this to promote the opportunity and your organisation to start a conversation with the best candidates.

Research phase

We will then commence our research, mapping all the target companies who operate in your market as well as other identified talent pools to systematically identify every candidate who looks to have the capability and experience for the position.

Assessment & video profiles

Using an agreed bespoke competency-based assessment, we will carry out an hour’s, face-to-face interview with the longlisted candidates against the core functional and behavioural requirements.

We also include video profiles on our shortlisting platform for a more holistic view on candidates. Video shortlists provide you with an in-depth understanding of their personality, characteristics, and suitability for your specific transformational needs, enabling you to make informed decisions and save you time.

Shortlist agreement

We are able to complete the full search and then jointly select the shortlist for interview on completion, or present candidates to you as they have passed our assessment and we deem them suitable for an interview. We will confirm this during the briefing session.

Interviews

Once a shortlist of candidates is agreed, your internal interviews can take place. The candidates will then meet all stakeholders and complete your internal assessments. If the search is successful, we can proceed to offer stage with the preferred candidate.

Offer Management

Once a suitable package has been agreed, we will present the offer to the successful candidate and support through any negotiation, to ensure all parties are happy with the final arrangements.

Onboarding

We will stay in regular contact with both you and the candidate until they start and beyond with regular check-ins on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
