Jane Dowding joins STOIX as Board Advisor, bringing 25 years of global executive search expertise. 

STOIX is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Dowding to its Advisory Board. A seasoned executive search professional with over two decades of experience, Jane brings a wealth of insight, strategic acumen, and cultural leadership to the business as it enters a new phase of growth. 

With a career spanning some of the world’s leading search firms, Jane has worked across the public, private, and investor-backed sectors, successfully placing senior leaders across Europe, the US, and Asia. She spent 11 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she led and scaled the firm’s global media and digital search practice. More recently, she has advised high-growth firms like Erevena, helping to embed scalable strategies that deliver both commercial impact and cultural cohesion. 

Jane’s appointment marks a significant step in STOIX’s evolution. As an accredited B–Corp, the business is committed to scaling with integrity, prioritising meaningful partnerships, people development, and long-term value for clients.
