Thomas Cope Joins STOIX as Partner

STOIX welcomes Thomas Cope as Partner, strengthening its Financial Services and Professional Services expertise. 

STOIX is delighted to announce the appointment of Thomas Cope as a Partner. Based in London, Thomas will focus on accelerating growth across fintech, financial & professional services, while supporting clients with go-to-market leadership, non-executive and board-level hiring. 

Thomas brings over 14 years of executive search experience, with a track record spanning fintech, consumer and commercial banking, investor-backed platforms, and large consulting firms. He has advised on GTM, leadership and governance appointments across the UK, Europe and APAC, and has particular expertise in high-impact CFO, CRO, and board mandates across SaaS, payments, fintech, and professional advisory. 

Before joining STOIX, Thomas held senior roles with Korn Ferry and Odgers Berndtson in London & Singapore. Most recently, he launched and led the APAC business for a US PE-backed search firm, from Singapore.  

Thomas will help grow STOIX’s offering across executive search and board services, with a particular focus on senior leadership across fintech and high-growth SaaS.
